Tesla lovers can use the big offers to fulfil their dream to buy Tesla car in 2023. Austin-based electric automaker slashed prices by as much as 20%.
This discounts are only available in U.S and valid for model 3 and Model Y SUVs and some higher-end models.
The discount rate start from 6% and goes upto 20%. But here Tesla reduce the price for Europe and China as well.
The price of Y model decrease from $65,990 to $52,990, a 20% decrease. But for how long this new price will be remain same still not sure.
The main reason behind the price drop is to qualify for electric vehicle tax credits under the rule of federal Inflation Reduction Act, which was signed into law last year.
Previously did not qualify due to not maintained the norm of federal rebate guidelines. The car did not catch the minimum weight to consier as SUV.
The car must meet the condition to provide the discount. Weigh must be less than 14,000 pounds. The car Must be assembled in North America and battery capacity have to be 7 killowatt.
